Das Flight Club Buch / The Flight Club Book

Bis dahin… practice and all is coming… : )

Genieße Deinen Tag!

Christian Klix

If somebody would have told me 10 years ago, when I was 30, that in ten years time I would release a book on handstands in Yoga, I would have probably laughed at him in disbelieve.

10 years ago, a handstand for me was as impossible as a visit to Saturn.

When I was 35 I did my first real, free handstand, without the support of a wall. I had proved to my mind something it was never willing to believe. The journey to get to this first handstand and beyond, I later structured into a comprehensive step by step program, which first became a workshop and now after another few years eventually a book. The program grew intensively through the feedback I got from people attending the workshops. A skeleton became a body. It is neither perfect nor complete, but it is offering a path. On this path there are many things to explore and to integrate. With practice and joy you will make progressions towards your goal. I am sure about that.

My wish for this book is, that if you are getting to read it one day, please share your feedback with me. So that one day maybe others get an even more comprehensive program at hand one day.

Until then, practice and all is coming…

Enjoy your day, Christian Klix

P.S. the book is only available in german for now…
